PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE APP.

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the mobile application "GraceRise" (the "App"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

If you download the App from the Apple App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement ("Apple Standard EULA") also applies to your use of the App and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the Apple Standard EULA, the more restrictive terms for the user shall apply unless otherwise required by applicable law.

1. ELIGIBILITY

1.1. You must be at least 16 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

1.2. If you are using the App on behalf of a business or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to bind that entity to these Terms, and "you" in these Terms will refer to that entity.

2. DESCRIPTION OF THE APP

2.1. The App is a faith-based wellness tool that allows users to, among other things:

• browse, view, and read scripture, prayers, declarations, and similar faith-based content;
• save, favorite, and organize quotes into categories;
• configure reminders and notifications for daily scripture and prayers;
• customize certain visual and personalization settings (such as backgrounds, themes, or widgets, where available).

2.2. The App does not provide medical, psychological, or mental health care, advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Any content in the App (including scripture, prayers, declarations, tips, texts, and other materials) is for general spiritual wellness and informational purposes only.

You are solely responsible for deciding how to use the content and for your own health and well-being. You should consult a qualified healthcare or mental health professional for any medical or psychological concerns, diagnoses, or treatment decisions.

2.3. The App is not intended for use in emergencies or crisis situations. If you are in crisis, feel that you may harm yourself or others, or are experiencing a medical emergency, you should immediately contact your local emergency services or crisis hotline.

2.4. We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the App at any time, with or without notice.

3. SUBSCRIPTIONS, PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS
